Search in Freelo is a very powerful tool. In the upper right part of the blue bar you can find a search box Search tasks, projects, users…

If the entered text matches tasks, projects or users, the search offers those items. It’s very fast and addictive.
What can you search?

Suggestions
You can type a part of the sub/task or project name in the search box and the corresponding items appear in the suggestions.

Recently visited tasks
When you click the search box Search tasks, projects, users… in the upper blue bar and write nothing, there appears a list of Recently visited tasks and subtasks. It’s a cool thing to do and save some time.

Switch between the tasks/subtasks you’re currently working on. In the breadcrumb navigation you can see where the task or subtask is located.
Search page/results
The search results page helps you to specify what you’re looking for. Click the magnifying glass icon to get on the search page.

We search through these items in fulltext:
- Tasks
- Comments
- Subtasks
- Projects
- Users
Our search engine is also searching for broad matches. Freelo suggests similar results.

Use filters
You can use filters regarding the author of the comment/task or specific project, where the task or subtask is placed.
